I used to go there from time to time the food is okay you spend 15 to 30 dollars in there and they don't even give you plates. I called and placed two separate orders the lady messed up my order and charge me for the second order when I told them about it the guy got mad started getting hostel shushing me trying to take the food in the back talkn Bout he'll fix it all because I told them about it and still haven't put my 30 dollars back on my card after 2weeks I personally wouldn't advise anyone to go there because there's other Chinese food places that give you plates utensils and a water and they are all smiles tell they mess up your order.
Food The food here is good, but definitely NOT authentic and is prepared for the neighborhood pallet. I've been surprised to see how many customers request extra sweet and sour sauce, because the food here is already heavily sweetened. Service The man who runs this place seems to try to be a friendly and accommodating merchant, but the lady is the cause for a lot of confrontation. First, she seems to be someone who hails from a family with generations of local history, but wants to try and fool us that she's just arrived off the boat. Anyone would find that irritating. She meets every customer, battle ready, and assumes a problem, before one is presented, which in itself causes most of her conflicts. I think she should leave her armor in the closet, and try approaching the customers in a way to say, "Hey, new friend." rather than, "What's your problem?" Also, to her defense...the Chinese language is just as American as the English language, so each and everyone of you that say "Speak English. Speak English." can just sit down with that mess. If she really is, fresh off the boat, let's start with "Welcome, we're glad to have you here with us... but please try to learn about us in an accepting way, rather than just assume we're gonna treat you bad from the start."
At this Chinese restaurant, don’t order because they never give you what you actually order—they always sell you something else. Make sure everyone sees this so no one buys from them!
The food is good. I only gave it 4 stars because of the area which is dangerous to go at night. Too many people hangout in the parking lot from smoking to drinking and loud music.
I waited 58 mins for an orange chicken dinner 2 eggs and crab Rangoon. Not only to have waited over an our this man made me make 2 different transactions because I asked for two bags. My brown people they will make your food for sure but this business does not have respect for our people be advised please. I really hate we have business like this this in our communities take our money don’t give nun back then give us poor service . Sad
Good food, and cheaper than most Chinese joints.....but they'll only give you 2 soy sauces smh.
My first time eating here. The customer service was good. The guy was pleasant and even made small talk while I placed my order. I ordered a small shrimp and broccoli, egg rolls, and a small shrimp lo mein
Tasty and large portions. Recommend the General TSo chicken! The large combination chow mien is HUGE!!! My husband and I barely made a dent. Definitely for a family.
